Assistant Project Manager

With Winters Construction since

My job is to make sure all our operations run smoothly; to be an extra set of eyes, ears and hands; to get our superintendents what they need on-site; to make sure we get proper documentation on everything for our job sites. If I can take tasks from others and make their days easier, I’ve made us a more productive business.

My wife, Katie, and I met at Ole Miss as music students. She played violin; I played bass. We’ve been married for eight years and have three kids ages 6, 5, and 2. We’re expecting our fourth in a few months.

Almost all my free time is spent with my family. That’s what I miss the most when I’m at work. I enjoy exercise and I play occasional bass gigs with orchestra and jazz groups. I try to find time every day for reading and reflection in the Bible.

I earned a degree in music education in 2013 from Ole Miss. After graduating, I worked in public schools, teaching young musicians and running the string orchestra program. Recently, I changed gears entirely. I’m excited to do something different and be part of the great team at Winters Construction, creating value for individuals and communities through our housing developments.

I am motivated to find fulfillment in whatever I do, and that’s easy when you’re serving others. So whether it’s helping our company work more efficiently today, or pursuing our goal of providing people with quality, affordable housing for the future, Winters makes that possible.
