Responsibilities
I schedule and manage subcontractors and material deliveries for whatever job I’m on at the time and just try to keep the job on schedule by whatever deadline I’m given. I supervise at least one job per year.
Family
I’m married and have three children, a 16-year-old daughter and two sons, 14 and 6.
Interests
In the winter time, I hunt as much as possible or go skiing out west somewhere. In the summer, I go to the lake and water ski, wake board or ride around on the pontoon. I also enjoy going on vacation out west.
Background
I’m originally from Booneville, Mississippi. I got a degree in real estate finance from Mississippi State University in 2010 and had a couple of sales jobs after college. I didn’t really enjoy them, so I went to work for a different construction company. They trained me, and I worked for them for a couple of years before starting with Winters. I’ve been in the superintendent role for the two companies for about eight years.
Values
I like to try to learn something every day, but I guess my main motivation is supporting my family. I really enjoy what I do. There’s something different almost every day. They’ve taken really good care of me. From day one, I couldn’t have asked for better. Anytime I’ve ever needed time off or anything like that, they’ve been more than accommodating. They’re wonderful people to work for.
