Responsibilities
I cover many responsibilities on our sites. I’m pretty handy, having worked in construction all my life. When something has to be done, I get my hands on it so we can move forward. I also have the responsibility of answering questions from the subcontractors on site.
Family
I’m married, and we have three boys that are 20, 16 and 8.

Background
I’m originally from Mexico, but I’ve worked in the states for twenty-five years. I live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, now.
I’ve worked all my life in construction. Before Winters, I worked for a concrete company, doing all the slabs. Through that company, I first encountered Winters Construction. When the owner of my previous company retired, I called Winters. They gave me the opportunity to work and learn new skills, and that’s what I’ve been doing ever since.

Winters is a great company to work with, and I’m grateful they have given me this opportunity. They’ve got confidence in me that I can learn and that’s why I’m here. They trust me, and I try as hard as I can to meet their expectations.
I like this company because everybody is very nice, and they do good work. We check on everything and get as close as we can to being perfect.
